Kelly put the puck in the net three consecutive times, two goals in the first period and the other one in the beginning of the second period.

“She just had a great game,” Spring Lake Park coach Tom Kulenkamp said. “She had a couple rebound goals then she had a snipe from the right circle short side up over the glove it was just a beautiful shot.”

Sophomore forward Kim Patterson contributed the Panthers final goal early in the third period with assists from Maddy Wallraff and Allie Guzy. Freshman Rochelle Perzel contributed to the teams success with two assists.

“You know we have a young team. We just want to learn how to play well in the playoffs and hopefully we can get that first win and see what happens,” said Kulenkamp. “It will be a tough game. We will have to play well to be in the game and hopefully we can figure out a way to win.”
