Many of the girls high school teams this season will be honoring past Blake coach Brano Stankovsky by wearing memorial stickers on their team helmets.Coach Stankovsky passed away from complicationsof a stroke in April. Each sticker has the letters "BRS" on a green background as a tribute to Coach Stankovsky.

Stickers are still available for any teams wishing to participate. Contact the MGHCA Executive Director at info@mghca.com to order helmet stickers for your team. The stickers are provided free of charge however the MGHCA is asking for teams to donate a small amount to a fund that will finance a future award in the name of Brano Stankovsky. An adhoc committee of the MGHCA is currently looking at several options as to the criteria and timing of an award in his name.
