Fergus Falls connected on four of its nine power play opportunities and those player-advantage situations proved to be the difference as the Otters stopped the Bemidji girls hockey team 5-1 Saturday in Fergus Falls.
Matthew Koalska begins his first year as head girls hockey coach at Fergus Falls High School with a good mix of student athletes which includes nine seniors, three juniors, five sophomores, three freshmen, seven eighth-graders and one seventh-grader.
