Most of the information sent out during the season will be sent via email and the website (www.mghca.com ). It is the responsibility of the coach to inform the MGHCA of any contact information changes.

Please provide as much information as possible. This data will be used to update our Coach Directory and also for determining coaching tenure awards. All coaches that register with the Minnesota Girls Hockey Coaches Association will receive a copy of the Coach Directory. For Team registrations using this form, each coach must complete a copy of this registration form.
